Sales Consultant

We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Reach Europe in Dubai.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to relocate, work, or study in Europe.

You will guide candidates through our immigration and international recruitment services, helping them understand work contract procedures and visa pathways (such as for Poland, Latvia, and Italy).

​Key Responsibilities:

​Consistently follow up with leads and handle inquiries from prospective clients regarding European relocation and work programs.

​Conduct consultations to assess clients' eligibility for various European visa and recruitment pathways.

​Clearly explain legal contract clauses, process timelines, and visa requirements (specifically tailored around European labor standards).

​Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

​Maintain accurate client records and guide them safely through the initial onboarding and document collection phases.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the immigration, recruitment, or consulting industry in the UAE.

​Languages: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is required.

Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to handle diverse client profiles.

​Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

High digital literacy (experience with document management, PDFs, and CRM platforms is a plus).

​Location: Must be currently based in the UAE and able to work from our office.
