Foreman – Painting & Interior Works
We are seeking an experienced **Foreman – Painting & Interior Works** with a minimum of **10 years of overall experience**, including **at least 5 years of UAE experience**, to supervise and coordinate painting and interior finishing activities across construction and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily painting, decorating, and interior finishing works on site.
- Coordinate and manage painters, helpers, carpenters, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain project progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
- Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Painting and Interior Works.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of painting systems, decorative finishes, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
