We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in the Telecom sector who is passionate about generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, emails, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and support sales initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in B2B Sales (Telecom industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
