Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to join our growing automotive team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

Lead Management

  • Conduct daily follow-up calls with company-generated leads.
  • Convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers.

Consultative Sales

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and services.
  • Deliver detailed product presentations and demonstrations.

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation required for sales completion.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the process.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Promote available upgrades, accessories, warranties, and value-added services.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention

  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Generate referrals through excellent service and ongoing engagement.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Submit regular sales reports as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and/or Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
