- We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting Leads**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- **Client Presentations**: Schedule and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage customer inquiries and track all activities within the company CRM system.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts to meet monthly targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- **Travel**: Ability to travel occasionally for client visits.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
