Role Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to act as a vital link between our sales team, other internal departments, and our clients.

In this role, you will streamline our sales operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our care-sector clients receive the high-quality, responsive service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing critical documents, and ensuring all sales-related materials are up to date.
  • **Client Coordination:** Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses regarding our services.
  • **Documentation & Processing:** Handle the processing of sales quotations, contracts, and invoices with high accuracy.
  • **CRM Management:** Maintain and update our customer database (CRM), tracking leads and monitoring sales progress.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • **Reporting:** Prepare daily and monthly sales activity reports to help management identify trends and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (experience in insurance or the care sector is a plus).
  • **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • **Language : Hindi or Urdu Mandatory.**
  • **Organization:** Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
  • **IT Literacy:** Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
  • **Mindset:** A proactive, "self-starting" personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
