About Q2 Futuristic Marketing (Q2fm)
- Q2FM is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Dubai, helping businesses grow through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, SEO, Website Development, Media Production, and Lead Generation.
- We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional who understands digital marketing services and can confidently sell solutions to business owners and decision-makers across the UAE.
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outbound sales activities
- Meet with business owners, CEOs, marketing managers, and decision-makers
- Present digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams
- ***Requirements***
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Required)
- Experience in B2B sales (Required)
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of:
Lead Generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English required
Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
UAE driving license (Mandatory)
Self-motivated and target-driven personality

We are looking for someone who can confidently sit in front of a business owner and explain how digital marketing generates leads, sales, and business growth—not someone who only has traditional sales experience.
