Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and promote the Nano Professional brand to beauty salons across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
- Visit existing and prospective salon clients on a daily basis.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or professional haircare industry is preferred.
- Existing relationships with beauty salons in the UAE are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UAE.
