As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to support business development efforts across the UAE construction market.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
ā 2ā3 years of UAE outdoor field sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Flooring industry
ā Valid UAE Driving License
ā Experience conducting client meetings, site visits, and outdoor field sales activities
ā Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close sales opportunities
ā Strong understanding of the UAE construction market
ā Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
Important Note
This opportunity is best suited for professionals with 2ā3 years of hands-on outdoor field sales experience in the UAE construction industry.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-based sales role involving regular site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the UAE construction sector
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
- Present company products, catalogues, and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, and procurement teams
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to secure business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
- Manage payment collections and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using CRM systems and Excel
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2ā3 years of UAE outdoor field sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Flooring industry
ā¢ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction market and project sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a field sales territory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage
