Job description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness services, and building strong client relationships within the gym.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs.
- Actively engage with walk-in clients, leads, and prospects to convert them into members.
- Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services, and membership options.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events to attract new members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in the system.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and the operations team to deliver a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
- The applicant must be physically fit, with a neat and athletic appearance.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
- Fitness background or personal interest in health & wellness is an advantage.
