Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing fintech company in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and promoting the Company's products and services.

The candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the Company's growth objectives.

In addition, the candidate should be familiar with social media marketing, online promotions, and digital lead generation, and be able to use these channels to attract potential customers and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by acquiring customers and expanding the Company's client base.
  • Promote the Company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and customer visits as required.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, retail sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain technology-based products and services.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
