Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong client database.
- Communicate with clients and present products or services professionally.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on payments and collections from clients.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a similar industry).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
