Job Purpose

To achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and driving

revenue growth in line with the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong client database.
  • Communicate with clients and present products or services professionally.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Follow up on payments and collections from clients.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
