to support and manage the company’s IT operations and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of handling day-to-day technical requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and company devices
- Provide technical support to internal teams (email, systems, hardware)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (user management, security, troubleshooting)
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
- Ensure data security, backups, and regular system updates
- Handle domain, DNS, hosting, and email configurations
- Support IT-related requirements for website and internal platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support
- Experience with domain management, DNS, and hosting
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Arabic is a plus point
