Sales Executive at Charles Street Finance, a specialist secured lender based in Cheadle, South Manchester.

Work with field-based and internal business development managers and underwriting in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Issue terms on agreed deals in line with credit appetite and service standards.
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through completion and prepare commercially focused summaries for underwriting.
- Record leads and updates accurately and maintain the CRM, pipeline visibility and follow-ups.
- Contact existing clients to find refinancing and retention opportunities.
- Package cases for underwriting and liaise with internal teams to keep them progressing.
- Meet monthly performance targets and KPIs for application packs and completed deals while maintaining strong activity levels.
Essential qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
- Excellent organisation, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet service-level agreements.
- Ability to build trust and effective relationships with intermediaries.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good administration skills.
- Comfortable working toward monthly performance targets.
