Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment .
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and MICE markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitor landscape.
- Professional grooming and confident, customer-focused personality.
- Strong networking, sales call and account management abilities.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
