Sales Executive – Booking Team (Luxury Car Rentals)
About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Booking Team. The ideal candidate will handle all customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience — from the first call to the final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.
- Assist and guide clients in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs.
- Convince and close bookings through strong communication and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and return processes.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and surgency.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or car rental industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for cars, especially Tesla and luxury vehicles, is a plus.
