We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior banking experience to promote and sell banking products while building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, accounts, and other financial products.
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents in line with compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–5 years of banking sales experience** in the UAE.
- Experience in selling retail banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, CASA, or wealth products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales record.
- UAE driving licence is required
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
