Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive **Counter Sales / Indoor Sales Executive** to join our Building Materials Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Previous experience in the building materials industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their building materials requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations and handling customer follow-ups.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain a clean, organized showroom or sales counter.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams regarding product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch sales performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in **counter sales, indoor sales, or customer service**, preferably in the **building materials industry**.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a building materials trading company.
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
