About This Role
Job description:
We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Academic Sales Executive to promote our institute’s academic programs and convert student inquiries into enrollments. The role involves student counseling, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and programs
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Follow up with prospective students and close admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and schedules clearly
- Maintain inquiry and admission records
- Meet monthly enrollment and sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in academic sales, education counseling, or admissions is a plus
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets)
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
