We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail products mostly Pastry, chcolates, Flowers gifting, with exceptional customer service skills and a flair.
This role requires a proactive approach to sales, the ability to engage with customers effectively, and a keen eye for current market trends
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting diffrent giffting items that meet their needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about current market trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales excutive or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge of customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; and any other language skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
