The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, promoting real estate properties, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties.
The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process until deal closure.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal departments.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
