The Real Estate Broker is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
The role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants.
- Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals and company databases.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure excellent customer service and maximize conversions.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, banks, and legal representatives when required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and leasing targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and industry developments in the UAE.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- RERA certification or relevant real estate certification is an advantage.
