Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out/ Marble
Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Experience Required:** 8+ Years in Interior Fit-Out/Marble Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and developers.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the estimation and operations teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out industry (Marble preffered)
- Demonstrated track record of bringing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE driving license.
