Overview

Help UAE businesses modernize how they manage compliance, licensing, HR, legal, and operational workflows.

At DocuBay, we're building an AI-powered compliance platform that brings licenses, employee records, legal documents, applications, renewals, tax obligations, and business services into one structured workspace.

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and showing companies a smarter way to run their operations.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Meet with business owners, HR teams, operations managers, and decision-makers
  • Present the DocuBay platform and demonstrate its value through live demos
  • Convert prospects into active accounts
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Represent DocuBay at networking events, business gatherings, and partner meetings
  • Work closely with leadership to hit growth targets

What We're Looking For

  • UAE driving license (mandatory); own vehicle preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings across the UAE
  • Experience in SaaS, corporate or business services, banking, insurance, HR, legal, compliance, or B2B sales is a plus

**Salary:** AED 4,000 per month + performance-based incentives
