About This Role
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in plastic products.
The ideal candidate will be residing in Saudi Arabia, fluent in both Arabic and English, with proven experience in sales and a strong understanding of the plastic industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will focus on building relationships with clients, generating new business, and promoting our plastic products within the Saudi Arabian market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in industries such as packaging, construction, automotive, or manufacturing, where plastic products are required. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of plastic products and their applications to effectively promote and sell to clients. Provide consultations to customers on the best products for their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, highlighting the features, advantages, and benefits of our plastic products in both Arabic and English. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in the plastic industry, customer preferences, and competitor activities in Saudi Arabia to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, targets, and market conditions. Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
- After-Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-up to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows related to plastic products to network with potential clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Travel: Frequent travel within Saudi Arabia to meet clients, deliver presentations, and close deals.
**Key Requirements**
- Fluency in Language : Should be Fluent in both Arabic and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local clients.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the plastic products industry or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic products (e.g., plastic sheets, packaging materials, pipes, etc.) and their applications across various industries is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English to engage with clients at all levels.
- Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid Saudi driving license and be open to traveling frequently for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Plastic Industry: Knowledge or experience in selling plastic products and understanding of their manufacturing processes, specifications, and uses.
- Networking Skills: Ability to network with industry professionals, suppliers, and clients in the plastic industry.
