We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in KSA.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2years of experience in the shipping and logistics domain, with a strong ability to manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify growth areas within the shipping and logistics domain.
- Engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to discuss their shipping requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience in a sales role, specifically in the shipping and logistics domain.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight, and logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
