Key Responsibilities
- Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver high level product demonstrations, explaining complicated features in simple, accessible language to prospective clients.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Consult with customers to deeply understand their operational requirements and configure or design tailored technical solutions.
- Proposal & RFP Support: Draft detailed technical portions of sales proposals, negotiate technical tender terms, and prepare cost estimates.
- Overcoming Objections: Answer challenging technical questions during sales calls and accurately explain technical limitations or integration capabilities.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as the 'voice of the customer,' relaying client feedback and custom feature requests back to internal product development and engineering teams.
