About the Role
We are constantly growing and are currently seeking HSE Engineers to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable team on our newly awarded major Oil & Gas EPC project in the UAE.

- Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations and standards
- Lead a team of HSE professionals including Engineers and Officers
- Develop HSE plans and emergency response procedures
- Analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent approved by ADNOC
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- At least 3 years as Lead HSE role in HSE
- Strong understanding of HSE issues in Oil & Gas EPC
- Competency in SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment)
- Ability to develop HSE plans and emergency response procedures
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Role Summary
- Seeking qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval for major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE.
- Role supports implementation of HSE programs and ensures compliance with ADNOC regulations.
What you will need to do
- Have strong understanding of HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
- Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
- Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
- Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
- Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
- Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
- Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
What you will need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation techniques.
- Minimum 15 years’ with at least Minimum 3 Years as Lead HSE role in HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries, Construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations.
