Sales Engineer – Safety Department
About This Role
About the Job:
We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join our Safety Department team.The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of safety products within the industrial and commercial markets .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying new sales opportunities.
- Present safety solutions to customers and generate new enquiries.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors.
- Promote and register with key clients to showcase the company’s range of safety products and services.
- Analyze market trends, identify competitors, and explore potential collaborative opportunities.
- Interpret technical specifications and safety drawings, and prepare comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.
Prequalification Requirements:
- Engineering degree preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in safety product sales.
- Knowledge of safety products including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), electrical safety, fall protection, and gas detection systems is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
- communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
