Position Overview

The Sales Engineer – KSA will be responsible for driving sales and rental revenue across Saudi Arabia by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This role requires a self-driven, customer-focused professional with a strong interest in the construction equipment rental industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement assigned sales strategies and actively target new customers for Spider Plus products and rental services
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify customer requirements, challenges, and opportunities to propose suitable equipment solutions
  • Promote and rent/sell equipment in line with company turnover and profit objectives
  • Generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
  • Maintain and continuously improve product and equipment knowledge
  • Follow up on all sales leads until successful closure
  • Prepare sales and rental quotations in coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and rental cycle
  • Participate in weekly sales reviews with the line manager
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline to achieve assigned targets
  • Apply effective sales techniques across all levels within customer organizations
  • Use CRM systems where applicable to manage opportunities and customer interactions
  • Follow company procedures for daily sales activities and reporting

• Engineering Degree (advantageous)

  • 1–4 years of experience in a sales or rental role, preferably within the construction equipment industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Teachable attitude with a strong willingness to learn
