About Our Client

Our client is a large international company specializing in construction equipment, safety equipment, and power tools. They are expanding their sales team and are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Identify and pursue new customers (contractors, construction firms, industrial clients, workshops, distributors, etc.)
  • Conduct client site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions when required
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM (pipeline, activities, forecasts, customer data)
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; share insights with management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and reporting requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
  • 4–8 years of sales experience (preferred) in one or more of: (Construction equipment, Industrial equipment, Safety equipment, Power tools, B2B technical sales.)
  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory) and willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Strong capability using sales tools and productivity software:
  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Arabic & English: speaking, reading, and writing (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer value.
  • Professional, organized, and performance-driven mindset.
