Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Engineer – Indoor & Outdoor Sales to manage showroom sales while actively developing business through field sales activities across Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to engage clients, recommend solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers and showroom inquiries, presenting products and solutions in a professional manner.
  • Conduct outdoor sales by visiting contractors, consultants, architects, and project sites.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Update CRM systems and maintain an organized client database.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, showroom sales, or project-based sales.
  • Experience in building materials, interior fit-out, façade systems, ELV, or architectural products is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and presentable approach.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is an advantage.
