Overview
- Join HAZO Creations — Sales Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)
- *Dubai, UAE \| Full-Time \| AED 3,000 – 5,000/month + Commission*
- HAZO Creations delivers high-quality interior design and fit-out solutions across the UAE.
- We're expanding our pipeline and need a technically fluent salesperson who can walk into a client meeting, understand the scope, and close it.
- What you'll own:
- Generating and converting leads — residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out
- Client meetings, site visits, and scope walkthroughs
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and BOQs in coordination with the design team
- Following up on tenders and maintaining a live sales pipeline
- Building relationships with consultants, developers, and procurement contacts
- You're the right fit if:
- You have 2–5 years of UAE sales experience in fit-out, interior design, MEP, or construction
- You can read drawings and talk technical without faking it
- You're target-driven and don't need hand-holding to hit numbers
- You have an existing network in the UAE real estate or construction ecosystem
