Sales Growth And Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for air-operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts across targeted industries.
  • Promote product solutions and value propositions to increase market penetration and revenue.

Key Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers at operational, technical, and management levels.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
  • Generate repeat business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Commercial And Technical Sales Support

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining target profit margins.
  • Follow up on quotations and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

Market Intelligence And Industry Awareness

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly within the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Share market insights and business opportunities with internal stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor and minimize outstanding customer payments.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer records.
