Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven technical sales experience in Oil & Gas or heavy manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards such as API and ASME.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex sales proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Self‐motivated with a results‐driven mindset and ability to work cross‐functionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and client relationships within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Analyze client inquiries, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Prepare, review, and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal design, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure product feasibility.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for client engineers and procurement managers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and project milestones in line with company policies.
  • Monitor job progress through the manufacturing plant to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Provide post‐delivery technical assistance, gather client feedback, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technology developments in the Oil & Gas manufacturing sector.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, submit regular progress reports, and achieve target KPIs.
