Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master's degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, where applicable.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management or legal technology platforms is an advantage.
