Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fit-Out with proven experience in the fit-out industry to support business development and project sales in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales expertise to secure commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects while maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and contract closure.
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, and project follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Riyadh.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
• Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management.
• Maintain sales pipeline reports and CRM updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in fit-out or interior contracting (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, finishes, and turnkey solutions.
• Prior experience in the Saudi / Riyadh market is highly preferred.
• Valid Saudi (KSA) driving license – mandatory.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
