Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in fit-out, interior construction, or contracting industries to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the successful execution of fit-out and interior projects.

The candidate must have strong technical and commercial knowledge of fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client requirements from inquiry stage to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with estimation and technical teams
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project closures
• Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or contracting sales
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction processes, and project coordination
• Experience in business development and client management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Valid Saudi Arabia or GCC Driving License is mandatory
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh and other regions as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects
• Existing client network in Saudi Arabia market
• GCC market experience preferred
