Lead commercial growth strategy and build a high-performing sales organization.
Expand the retail and institutional client base and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team; set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
- Build relationships with retail, institutional, and strategic clients; identify opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on client acquisition and retention.
- Report and forecast sales performance to senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments; ensure sales practices comply with requirements and policies.
- Promote a client-first culture focused on professionalism and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales-team leadership in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets, with a record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset trading, brokerage services, and global financial markets.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using sales data and reporting for business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in a regulated financial environment, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 15,000 per month.
Location and Work Location
- Dubai is required; work location is in person.
