About This Role
Overview
You are the tip of the spear for our commercial engine.
Your sole purpose is to break down doors, bypass gatekeepers, and generate a massive, highly qualified pipeline for our closing team.
You will be the first point of contact between Watan First Solutions and the largest Corporate and Enterprise organizations in Saudi Arabia.
• Market Research & Pipeline Generation
Aggressively prospect, research, and build a high-value pipeline strictly aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across the Enterprise and Corporate sectors.
• Outreach & Meeting Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (Cold Calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email), qualify leads using BANT, and set highly qualified discovery meetings for the Sales Executives.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Intercept inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the Growth team, qualify them relentlessly, and coordinate a seamless handover to the closing team.
• CRM Data & Pipeline Hygiene
Take absolute ownership of your top-of-funnel metrics.
Log every call, email, and lead status accurately in HubSpot CRM in real-time.
