Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Sales Development Representative.
We are seeking ambitious, driven to join our commercial team as Sales Development Representatives, focused on our ICT, Telecom, Facilities Management, VSAT, and Connectivity portfolio.
This is a field-active, high-growth launchpad role.
You will spend meaningful time in the field, visiting customers, mapping opportunities, attending site surveys, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers across enterprise, government, and remote-sector clients.
No prior technical experience is required, we hire for drive, curiosity, and coachability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong Arabic communication (verbal & written)
- English proficiency preferred (bilingual candidates prioritized)
- Genuine interest in technology and connectivity
- Comfortable working in the field daily
- Willingness to travel within KSA regions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential customers
- Strong skills in Communication and relationship-building to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to support growth strategies and meet revenue goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Prior experience in the ICT or technology industry is a plus
