Sales Development Representative

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree (Any Major Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Psychology preferred)
• Experience prospecting, list building, cold calling, executing email campaigns, appointment setting, demand generation.
• Experience using CRM (HubSpot), Microsoft (Outlook, Excel), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
• Knowledge in using technology such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience using tools such HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (preferred)
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written, to VP and C-level executives
• Proven and creative problem-solving skills
• Looking for positive attitude, competitiveness, coachability, resourceful, professionalism, tone, and engagement
• Work is performed in a hybrid model out of our Bellevue, Washington office and working from home

• For this role, compensation is comprised of a base salary of $70,000, plus quarterly bonuses based on performance, totaling an OTE of $93,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock for full-time employees. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
