The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, support sales activities, build strong client relationships, and provide excellent service in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with orders, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Update customer records and sales reports in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer support.
- Knowledge of social media customer handling.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per hour
