- Work in Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar do telesales and retentions activities such as migration of prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan and selling new Vodafone products which includes but not limited to GigaHome, New postpaid, New MBB connections.
- The role is responsible to handle disconnection requests from postpaid customers and trying to retain them by resolving their issues and / or providing customers with relevant retention offers
- The role is also responsible for handling multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets and customer complaints/escalations.
- The role is an integral part of the COPS department.
- Highschool diplomat minimum.
- Experience in contact center or tele sales environment.
- Experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
- Excellent sales skills
- good Knowledge of handsets and accessories.
