Sugarmoo Desserts LLC seeks a part-time Sales & Customer Service Representative in Dubai.
The role assists customers, promotes cakes and desserts, processes orders, and supports an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them select cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and other desserts.
- Explain product details, prices, ingredients, and customization options.
- Process orders, payments, and transactions accurately.
- Promote products, special offers, and seasonal promotions to increase sales.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, including through phone, email, and online channels as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams so orders are prepared and delivered correctly and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, attractive sales area; monitor product availability and report low stock or display needs.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and customer service procedures; collaborate to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements and qualifications
- Three years of food and beverage experience is required.
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment; strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Passion for desserts, cakes, and customer service.
