SugarMoo is hiring a Procurement Specialist in its Supply Chain and Purchasing department.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Identify and manage suppliers and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate with F&B, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, stock requirements, and market prices.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of procurement experience; F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Fluent Russian and English communication skills are required.
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the UAE F&B market is required.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills are required.
- Willingness to travel 25% is required.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
