About This Role

Overview

MD Group of Companies are seeking an experienced **Sales Coordinator** supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, accounts ,coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication.

The role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall sales operations with a minimum of **1 to 3 years of UAE experience** to join our dynamic team immediately!

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling building materials to contractors, construction companies, and retail clients.

The role requires developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective client management and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and schedules.
  • Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and pricing details.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor sales progress and prepare reports for management.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and documents
  • Track stock availability and coordinate with inventory team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
