Techno Power is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales growth for diesel generators and spare parts.
The position supports the sales process from customer inquiry through order coordination and delivery.
Sales coordination duties
- Handle customer inquiries about diesel generators and spare parts by phone, email, and in person; provide accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents; follow up on quotes, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and service teams on availability, delivery, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Track orders, delivery schedules, and inventory; maintain customer records, reports, and sales documentation.
- Assist with sales presentations, marketing materials, lead generation, and sales follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Two to four years in sales support or coordination; experience in power generation or diesel generators is preferred.
- Familiarity with diesel generator systems, components, and applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.
- Freshers in the UAE are welcome to apply.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,500 per month, competitive and based on experience.
- Benefits listed include sponsored visa, medical insurance, and transportation.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, in-person role at the stated Saif Zone location in Sharjah, UAE.
