Finance Manager - Arabic and English Speaker

Role overview

Financial management and accounting

• Supervise financial and accounting operations and maintain compliant financial systems, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow projections, and cost analysis.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and the general ledger; reconcile bank accounts, payables, receivables, and inventory.
• Monitor UAE VAT submissions, payroll processing, and employee-benefit accounting.

Compliance and team leadership

• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and local laws.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls; manage and mentor the accounting team.
• Coordinate financial operations across branches and collaborate with procurement, production, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive audit/accounting experience.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English; strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and inventory knowledge.
• Proficiency in Focus, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is preferred. Manufacturing/industrial experience and managing teams across multiple branches are desirable.

Pay and employment

• Full-time position paying AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

• Work location is in person at Sharjah Freezone, UAE.
