The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and potentially in-person.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
